Management Trainee
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Rotation in different department, mainly involving in Warehouse Operations, Transport Operations, Project Implementation, Data Analysis & Solution Design
Warehouse Operation
- Managing the delivery of services to fulfil different customers requirement.
- Using of WMS in support of daily operations.
- Daily planning based on customer requirements against capacity, deploying and sharing of resources, & resolving conflicts.
Transport Operations
- Managing delivery and collection services based on customer requirements.
- Managing proof-of-deliveries.
- Using of various tools & systems in support of daily deliveries.
Project Implementation
- Budgeting the implementation cost.
- Conducting meetings, tracking actual versus planned and budgeted, and taking pro-active action.
- Developing the project implementation plan with clear & achievable milestones.
Data Analysis & Solution Design
- Identifying the possible solutions and the advantages versus disadvantages.
- Developing the costing model.
- Obtaining quotations and pricing from vendors & negotiation on the pricing frame.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
- Able to write and converse effectively in English & Mandarin;
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply, training will be provided (3PL).
- Internship students (final year final sem) encouraged to apply, able to convert to permanent staff after internship completion.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
